Overview

Nick Cross always listens to the voice in his head. Because if he doesn't? Things can go really, really wrong. Like the day he decided to go off script and saved a girl from being run over . . . and let another one drown. Trying to change the future doesn't work.
But this summer at the Jersey Shore, something's about to happen that Nick never could have predicted. He meets a girl named Taryn and finds out about the Book of Touch. Now the path that he thought he was on begins to shift . . . and there's no way to stop things from happening. Or is there?
In a life where there are no surprises, nothing has prepared Nick for what he's about to discover—or the choice he will be forced to make. . . .

I just think that this book sounds amazing, and the coolness of the cover totally has me pining for this book!! What do you think? Let me know and also leave a link to your Waiting on Wednesday and I will check it out!

WWW Wednesdays is hosted by MizB at Should Be Reading
To play along, just answer the following three (3) questions…
• What are you currently reading?
• What did you recently finish reading?
• What do you think you’ll read next?

I am currently reading: Pure by Jennifer L Armentrout. Actually by the time this posts I will probably be done. Also listening to the audio book of Tempest by Julie Cross and love it!! I am almost done.

I recently finished reading: As The World Dies Untold Tales Volume 2 by Rhiannon Frater, Intuition (Intangible short story) by J Meyers, Pandemonuim by Lauren Oliver, Whispering Hills by Taryn Browning, and Tomorrow is Today (Tempest Novella) by Julie Cross.

Next I am going to read: Goddess Interrupted by Aimee Carter, Masque of the Red Death by Bethany Griffin, and maybe Grave Mercy by Robin LeFevers

I will be going to the Midnight showing of The Hunger Games tomorrow, so that is going to throw off my reading a bit. Hopefully I can get some good reading done while waiting in line.

  11. I love the sound of this one! O_O I'm just stunned I haven't heard of it before. Between the gorgeous cover, awesome premise, and the fact that it's in male POV, this was an instant add. I just wish the release date weren't five months away. x_x

(Also, for the record, how awesome of a name is Cyn Balog?)

  15. This sounds like an amazing book. (I laughed a little when I read Jersey Shore but I'm serious right now, I swear. The TV show ruined the location) I haven't read a lot of books where the MC is male and I've read even less where the male character is well written. My recent favorite book with a male MC is the Curseworker trilogy by Holly Black. Great pick!
