This week my Waiting on Wednesday is Onyx by Jennifer L Armentrout. I have actually been totally dying for this forever and have not done a WoW post for it since everyone knows how obsessed I am with her books. I figure it was totally unnecessary because truthfully I would just put this every week until it comes out lol!! Since I have been salivating over all of the pics of the ARCs from RT I decided I would do my WoW for this book. Maybe someone will love me enough to send me a copy. My birthday is on Saturday *wink wink*

Overview
Being connected to Daemon Black sucks…
Daemon’s determined to prove what he feels for me is more than a product of our bizarre connection. I’ve sworn him off even though he’s running more hot than cold these days. But against all common sense, I’m falling for him. Hard.
Our relationship issues aren’t out biggest problem…
The Department of Defense is here. If they ever find out what Daemon can do and that we’re linked, I’m a goner. So is he. And when a new boy shows up a school with a secret of his own, things get complicated fast. I need to choose between my own instincts and Daemon’s.
But then everything changes…
I’ve seen someone who shouldn’t be alive. Daemon’s never going to stop searching until gets the truth. What happened to his brother? Who betrayed him? And what does the DOD want from them—from me?
No one is who they seem. And not everyone will survive the lies
Do I really have to explain why I am pining for this book?! I mean Obsidian is like my favorite book and I have read it like 4 times so...yeah. Besides Daemon is my number one book boyfriend. I so need this book!!
What are you waiting on this Wednesday. Leave me a link and I will check it out.
I know the feeling! I finally read Obsidian and was able to post the review today. I really enjoyed it! I'm glad it's only a couple months for Onyx versus a year -- it'd be unbearable to wait that long.
ReplyDeleteObsidian is like my favorite book so I am really, really looking forward to Onyx!!
DeleteGreat pick! "More like dying for" describes Onyx perfectly. Obsidian was one of my favorite books and I can't wait to find out what will happen in Onyx. I have also read Obsidian like four times, I can't get enough of it and Daemon. :) I think it is probably my most highly anticipated book of the summer and even year.
