Top Ten Books You Would Want to Be Movies

These are not in any particular order. Like always, they are just the first ten that came to mind. There are so many awesome books, that would make awesome movies if done right. We know what happens most of the time when books are made to movies though. Of course since these books are all part of a series, that means I want all of them on film. ;) If the whole series is out I will just link to the first book.




1.The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer by Michelle Hodkin. This book was amazing and I could totally see it being a creepy awesome movie!!

2. Exiled by M.R. Merrick. Holy hell would this be an amazing action movie!! I would definitely love to see this on the big screen if they could get it right!

3. Dearly, Departed by Lia Habel. We have tons and tons of creepy scary zombie movies, but good zombies. Nope!!! This is such an awesome book and I think it would make an incredible movie.

4. Obsidian by Jennifer L. Armentrout. Umm I freaking love this book, and hot Daemon and sizzling chemistry on the big screen?! Yes please!! This series would rock on the big screen.

5. Half-Blood by Jennifer L. Armentrout. Once again...freaking loved this book, and Pure!! I would love to see Alex on the big screen kicking some Daimon ass!!

6. Hemlock by Kathleen Peacock. Just finished this book and loved it!! We need a good werewolf movie. Seriously. This would be awesome. Especially since it's not all secret that there are werewolves, it's Lupine Disease so it's a major concern for the public. Epic I tell you. That's what this movie would be!!

7. The As The World Dies series by Rhiannon Frater. This is one of my favorite series ever!! (big thanks to Giselle at Xpresso Reads for pushing me to read them sooner than I would have)

8. The Need series by Carrie Jones. Pixies, and Shape Shifters. A small Maine town. Fun characters. Enough said!!

9. The Wings series by Aprilynne Pike. This series has some major action going on in it. There is always trouble lurking somewhere. Besides, the idea of faeries that bud flowers from their backs like wings is so cool!!

10. Anna Dressed in Blood by Kendare Blake. This book just rocked my face off and I would love to see it as a movie! Anna is a scary ass ghost, but also has such character that you love her!!

I will also add the obvious...The Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare, but since they are in the process of the first film, I didn't feel I should give it a spot on the list.
