Once Upon A Read-a-Thon Final Update

Well the read-a-thon is now over and I didn't do very well. I didn't really expect to get much more reading done since I didn't have any free time to myself to just read, except at night after everyone was in bed. That would have been great, but my daughter has been waking up at like 5:30am lately so I have been falling asleep really early at night.

My goal was to finish Lucid by P.T. Michelle (I was only 20% in when the read-a-thon started) and read The Dream Slayer by Jill Cooper. I am making this post before I settle in to read for the night, but I think that I will accomplish my goal. I also read a few chapters from a couple other books. So I may not have read that many books, but at least I was able to accomplish what I wanted to! I hope everyone else was able to meet their goals for the read-a-thon too!!

  1. I really want to participate in read-a-thins, but I usually don't have big chunks of time to commit. Most of my reading is done in little bits, except late at night. Sorry you didn't have a lot of time w/this, but I'm glad you accomplished what you wanted!

    1. I figure it can't hurt to sign up. I don't really have big chunks of time to commit either. I just try to stay up maybe a little later or sneak a little bit more in during the day. :)

My blog is now an award free zone. I really appreciate the thought, but stopping by is reward enough for me. Thank you so much!!

I have been getting a ridiculous amount of spam comments so I have disabled anonymous comments. If you are an anonymous user and a real person, I apologize.

I love comments! I will try to respond to as many as I can. I read every one of them, even if I do not respond to them all.
