My Goodreads challenge for 2012 is set at 125 books and with these 16 books it brings my total to 101. Yay me!! I will blow my set challenge out of the water!! As of this post I had finished abother so my progress reads as 102 books, which puts me 29 books ahead of schedule and 23% ahead. I am shocked at this!!
Though I am no longer doing the Debut author challenge, I am still keeping track of the debut books I read. I had my challenge goal as 11-16 books, now adding the 7 debut author books from this month I am at a total of 28.
I am doing really well with my Sensational Seconds challenge too. I had a set goal of 5-8 I think, and adding in the 1 from this month I am now at 11, so I have done awesome on this challenge.
Once again, totally failing my TBR Pile Challenge. I did get 1 in this month though so that brings my total to 5. I think my set goal is 11-16.
Oh, and besides my reading goals, I have gotten a ton more blog followers this past month. Thank you so much to everyone who reads my blog!! Do you have any set goals or reading challenges? Did you make a recap post? I would love to know how everyone else is doing with their set goals, or just in general. Leave me a link. :)
16 books is a lot to read in 1 month! :D Congrats on getting so much reading done. I think I should start doing a recap post as well. It seems that it helps to keep track of all the reading done and the challenges completed!
ReplyDeleteHope you get to read more books in August! :)
The recap is definitely helpful in keeping track of what I have read and where I am with my challenges. It gives me a sense of accomplishment too. It feels good to see how I am doing! :)
DeleteWow girl that's a lot of books! And you DID get a whole lot of followers huh you're almost at 500 that's amazing!!!
ReplyDeleteI can't believe I read that many!! Maybe I am starting to read faster. I actually think it was that I read shorter books. Lol!! I can't believe that I am almost at 500 followers now. :)
DeleteAwesome job, girl! I've read loads of books, and I'm sure I've completed my challenges, but I haven't kept track at all. So lame! Hope Aug is another productive month for you!
ReplyDeleteI didn't really keep track last year after starting my blog so my end of the year post was insane. I wanted to be better prepared this year lol!!
DeleteWow that's a lot of books for one month. Awesome work girl!
ReplyDeleteValerie
Thanks hon! You did great too!!
DeleteGood job Amy! Glad you had a good month. :D
ReplyDeleteThanks Autumn. I am trying to knock out review books as much as I can so I can make some time for books I have been meaning to read for a while.
DeleteYou seriously ROCKED it in July Amy!! 16 books is fantastic! I'm excited to read some of the books that you read- especially So Close to You and Endlessly. I will have to check out your review for Endlessly, I can't believe that I missed that! It looks like you're definitely going to be beating your goal of 125. Congrats on passing 100 books this year, by the way. That's quite the accomplishment! =) I myself am doing pretty good in my opinion, I've read 93 so far this year. ;) I have been horrible at keeping up with my challenges, I may have to steal the idea of doing a recap post and talking about my challenges. ;) Anyways, I'm sure that you'll soon catch up with your TBR Challenge!! You can totally do that! *waves pom poms*
ReplyDeleteFantabulous job in July, Amy! I hope you do even better in August!! <3
