My One Year Blogoversary!!!

Can you believe it's been a year?!! I can't I have loved every minute of blogging and I am so happy to have gotten to know so many awesome people. My actual blogoversary was on September 2nd, but since I suck and had nothing planned this is a little late. I originally started my blog because I was constantly telling people about books that I read and loved and decided that instead of driving my friends crazy, why not put my thoughts into a blog instead? So that's exactly what I did. I won't keep babbling about nonsense, but there are some people who I want to thank and who have made my blogging experience so much better. There are more than the people who I mention, but I don't want to make this post like a million pages long.

First I will start off with some really awesome bloggers who have been so awesome to me. Neri @ In the Name of Books was one of my very first blog followers. I started off on Wordpress and she followed me there and then when I moved to blogger she made sure to follow my new blog. It meant so much to me. Andrea @ The Bookish Babe followed me early on, and she has been so supportive. I love her to pieces and I am so glad to have gotten to know her. Giselle @ Xpresso Reads is another person who has been so supportive and helpful. I came across her blog shortly after I started mine and have really looked up to her. Besides that we are pretty much soulmates when it comes to books. I love her face!!  Her blogoversary is coming up in a few days!! Valerie @ Stuck in Books has been really awesome to me too. She is so great to talk to and super nice. I have gotten so many awesome book recommendations from her!! Evie @ Bookish is also another blog that I totally look up to and she is one of the nicest people ever. She is always so sweet and leaves such nice comments. Ashley @ The Bookish Brunette is one of the funnest people ever! She is so awesome to talk to and I look up to her. Her blog rocks and she has such personality. I also love chatting with her on twitter. There are tons of other bloggers who I love and want to thank and I can't thank every one of you individually, but all of you that I follow and visit regularly mean so much to me!  Please don't be offended if I didn't mention you personally. You know I love you!!

A few authors that I really want to thank are K.C. Neal. She was the first author who I read and reviewed and ARC for. At the time my blog barely had any followers, but she still wanted me to read her book anyways, which was fabulous!! She is really nice and I love chatting with her on twitter too. Next I want to thank Angeline Kace. Her book was one of the first books I reviewed on my blog. (Not the very first, but I think it was like the third or fourth.) After I read it, I followed her on twitter and I was so excited when she followed me back. We began chatting and it has been awesome to get to know her. She is also a super nice person and I am so glad that I have been able to get to know her. Again, there are so many other authors who have been great to me, but these two were the first to really make me feel welcome in the blogging world.

I also would like to thank the publishers who have been nice enough to let me read advanced copies of books. I am so grateful to all the authors and publishers who let me read your books ahead of time to help spread the word. It means so much to me!!

Having my blog has been so great! I love interacting with other bloggers, authors, and publishers. I have made so many awesome friends in the past year and I hope to make more. So to say thank you I will be doing a giveaway. I wish I could do something super awesome for you guys, but I am at home with my daughter and hubs only gives me limited spending money.
