Overview
Three high school girls become the avenging Furies of Greek legend.
We were only three angry girls, to begin with. Alix, the hot-tempered surfer chick; Stephanie, the tree-hugging activist; and me, Meg, the quiet foster kid, the one who never quite fit in. We hardly knew each other, but each of us nurtured a burning anger: at the jerks in our class, at our disappointing parents, at the whole flawed, unjust world.
We were only three angry girls, simmering uselessly in our ocean-side California town, until one day a mysterious, beautiful classmate named Ambrosia taught us what else we could be: Powerful. Deadly. Furious.
I'm not typically into the whole revenge thing when it's about boys, but when it's three angry chicks mad at everything?!! Win!! Let the raging begin!! This sounds like it will be full of awesome!!
That is quite the image on the cover! Wow! Blurb sounds intense...hope you enjoy it.

DeleteI haven't herd of this book until now... But THE COVER IS FREAKING AWESOME!!! It will have to go on my TBR list. Also I just followed you blog. If you want to check mine out its http://justinevandale.blogspot.ca/
ReplyDeleteI cannot wait for this book! It sounds amazing! Great pick!
ReplyDeleteI love your new design =D
This sounds like a multiple POV book which has me a little turned off but the premise is great. I'll need some positive reviews to convince me :) Great choice!
ReplyDeleteI forgot that you don't like multi POV's. I like them if they are 1st person, but they are iffy for me if it's told in 3rd person. It doesn't sound to me like it will be multi POV though, it seems like it will be told by Meg by the way the synopsis is.
DeleteWow! What a cover.
