  2. I love the new intro so much!

I agree with the name thing, I absolutely hate getting Dear Alluring Reads, like my blog is its own entity!

Never attach the book, I absolutely hate that, if I see that a books is attached I don't even read the email.

OOooh I haven't had a persistant request who emails more than once, that would drive me crazy.

    Great video chick!

    1. I have only got the persistent email a few times, but OMG it's aggravating. I don't get it. I told you no, don't keep asking me!! I love the new intro too!!

  3. I've gotten very, very picky on mine. I used to reply, but ran out of polite ways to say no.

  4. I know, it's so hard. Now if they don't address me by name, don't give me correct info, or it's obvious they haven't read my policy I won't reply at all.

  5. Very cool advice! I agree! My name is everywhere on my blog. There is no excuse :)

  6. One of the biggest don't for me is requesting a review via Facebook or Twitter. They haven't taken the time to even look at my policy clearly, therefore not my blog either.

  7. I agree with Autumn. I also really don't like it when they send me the book in the first email they send me. They aren't asking then, their making me feel guilty. I've decided I have to ignore those. Too many requests and not enough time to read them all. I want to read what I want and lately the answer is no to requests.

  8. I totally agree with everything you said! I'm so tired of these mass-requests emails. I don't even bother reading to see what these books are about, I just delete them. Like you said, if they can't take ten minutes out of their life to checkout our blogs/review policies, why should we take 4 hours+ to read and review their book.

My blog is now an award free zone. I really appreciate the thought, but stopping by is reward enough for me. Thank you so much!!

I have been getting a ridiculous amount of spam comments so I have disabled anonymous comments. If you are an anonymous user and a real person, I apologize.

I love comments! I will try to respond to as many as I can. I read every one of them, even if I do not respond to them all.
